5.11 Arnold Schwarzenegger: The Power of the Mind
“The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you really believe 100 percent.” - Arnold Schwarzenegger
What if you knew you couldn’t fail? What would you be?
Dream big. The strongest but lowest ceiling you will ever face is the one you put on yourself. So, when you think about what you want to be and who you can be, dream as big as you can.
Bodybuilder, actor, and governor Arnold Schwarzenegger once said, “The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you really believe 100 percent.”
The ceilings we face are usually built by our own minds. Think about how many times you didn’t go after something you wanted because you thought it was too hard or wasn’t for you. Limiting self-beliefs can be invisible barriers that prevent you from dreaming big and becoming who you want to become.
The magic of the mind is in your imagination. Dream big and believe in yourself and your ability to make it happen.
What limits are you currently accepting? What dreams are being wasted in your life because you have decided, consciously or subconsciously, that they aren’t reachable?
Challenge those boundaries and limitations by dreaming bigger and believing you can make it happen.
The only real limit is the one where your capabilities extend beyond what you believe about yourself. Break free of that, believe that you can do whatever you want with practice and time, and watch what you can achieve.
Question of the Day: What if you knew you couldn’t fail? What would you be?
